Working Methodology
Once the quote is agreed upon, the expert BAU 3E will:
- Visit your property,
- Note down the flaws and/or defects,,
- Gather your documents and/or pieces of evidence, cross-check findings against the standards, against the technical rules in force, against the town planning rules. etc
- Estimate the recovery measures to be considered,
- Prepare and send a clear and illustrated report.
