BAU 3E carries out for its clients all types of estimates of market value, real estate, land, rental value.

We also estimate your real estate and commercial properties.

Finally, we carry out valuations of heritage buildings.

Our area of intervention is in the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes region (Lyon) but we are mobile in France.

Working Methodology

After agreeing on the estimate, BAU 3E will:

  • visit your property to check the environmental and regulatory context,
  • collect your documents (deeds of property, plans, co-ownership regulations, etc.),
  • analyse the documents provided, check the town planning rules and carry out research,
  • value assets using appropriate methods,
  • prepare and send a clear and illustrated report.

The reports comply with the Charter of Real Estate Valuation.
